JobAdder
No list price is published. Checked on 7 September 2026, their pricing page names four packages for recruitment agencies (Recruiter Lite, Recruiter Essential, Recruiter Pro, Recruiter Business) and asks you to request pricing, saying they prepare a tailored proposal rather than a single published rate.
We have no visibility of what any agency actually pays, so there is no figure here to compare against. Ask them directly, and ask what it does at your headcount in three years.

What survives a migration is decided by what your current system can produce, not by what the destination can read. The discovery step establishes that before you commit to anything.

Interface configuration
Custom fields map to fields. Screen layouts, saved views and dashboards are rebuilt in Recruited rather than carried over, because they describe a different interface.

Communications metadata comes across. Your mailbox reconnects to Recruited and syncs forward from the day you authorise it.

Nothing goes live until you have opened samples next to their source and approved the counts, category by category.

You run the export
Written instructions and a list of the objects we expect to see. We never ask for your JobAdder login.

Staging and mapping
Files land in isolated staging with an expiry. You see the field-by-field mapping before you approve it.

Dry run
Every row that could not be mapped, with the reason. Fix the mapping and run it again; rows update rather than duplicate.

Reconciliation
Records exported against records created, per category, side by side. You pick the samples.

Cutover, then deletion evidence
You go live on a date you set. Staging files are deleted on the agreed schedule and you get evidence of it.

What does JobAdder cost?
JobAdder does not publish list prices. Checked on 7 September 2026, their pricing page names four packages for recruitment agencies (Recruiter Lite, Recruiter Essential, Recruiter Pro, Recruiter Business) and asks you to request pricing rather than showing a figure, saying they build a tailored proposal instead of a one-size-fits-all price. We have no visibility of what any agency pays and will not guess at it. Recruited publishes its prices: Basic is A$249/month excluding GST.
Can I export my data out of JobAdder?
That is a question for JobAdder and your agreement with them, and it is the first thing to establish. Our discovery step is about exactly this: what your export produces, in what format, and what is in it. Everything else follows from the answer.
How long does the migration take?
It depends on the size and state of the database and on how quickly the export can be produced. The dry run and the reconciliation are the steps worth taking slowly, because they are the ones that catch a problem while it is still cheap to fix.
Do you need access to our JobAdder account?
No. You run the export and send us the files. We do not ask for your login to any system, and a migration that requires handing over a credential is a migration you should question.
What happens to the files afterwards?
Staging is isolated from every workspace, files expire on an agreed schedule, and you receive evidence of the deletion. Your records are not used to train a model that serves another customer.
What if we start and change our minds?
You can stop at any point before cutover, and nothing has changed in your current system because nothing was ever taken out of it. You also keep full export from Recruited afterwards, on every plan, so the same question is answerable in the other direction.

Start with the discovery, not the contract.
The first conversation is about what your export produces. If the answer is bad, you should know that before you have agreed to anything.
