Questions
Does Recruited read my whole mailbox?
No. You authorise the connection and choose what is captured, and what is captured is what relates to a record you hold. Exclusions keep personal correspondence out.
Can the team see each other’s emails?
They see the conversation attached to a shared record, because that is the point. A message you excluded, or one that relates to nothing in the workspace, is not there to see.
Are the AI summaries reliable?
They are checkable. Every line cites its source message, so a summary that has drawn the wrong conclusion is visibly wrong rather than plausibly wrong.
What about attachments?
Documents attach to the record and are stored privately, reachable through short-lived signed links rather than public URLs.
What if somebody leaves the agency?
The conversation stays with the relationship. Their mailbox connection ends; the history does not leave with them.
