Marketplace charges
Separate from any subscription.
These arise only when the transaction does. An employer pays the first, an agency pays the second, and a candidate pays nothing. None of them is a monthly cost and none of them is bundled into a plan.

Employer Brief
A$99 plus GST one approved Brief, published for 30 days
Refunded if the Brief is rejected before publication. The charge is a seriousness gate, not a listing fee. Briefs are verified and moderated either way.

Exchange success fee
1% of the placement fee actually collected excluding GST, charged once across the transaction
Charged only after the employer has actually paid. Recruited does not hold the employer placement fee and does not settle between agencies.

Migration
Also separate, also stated.
Guided self-serve import is included on every plan: staged rows, a mapping you approve, a dry run, and re-runnable batches. A managed migration, where we do the export, mapping and reconciliation with you, is quoted against the scope of your data. Enterprise onboarding includes it.

Questions
Are these prices including GST?
No. Every subscription price is in Australian dollars excluding GST. GST is applied at checkout.
What counts as a user?
Anyone with their own login to your workspace. Basic includes one, Pro includes three, and additional users are A$25 and A$39 per user per month respectively. Enterprise user counts are negotiated.
What happens if I go over an allowance?
You are warned before you reach a limit, never blocked in the middle of an offer, a placement, a privacy request or an unsubscribe. Allowances are planning numbers for a fair-use conversation, not a meter that stops the work.
Is there a free plan?
Not for agencies. Every agency plan is paid, and every plan includes the full export, so nobody pays to leave. Candidates never pay for anything, and an employer pays per Brief rather than a subscription.
I am an employer, not an agency. Which of these applies to me?
None of the plans. An employer hiring direct pays A$99 plus GST for each approved Brief, published for 30 days, and nothing else. There is no subscription. The employers page explains what a Brief is and what happens after you post one.
I am a candidate. What do I pay?
Nothing, ever. A Career Passport, control over your introductions, seeing what has been shared about you and asking to be removed are all free. There is no premium tier for a person looking for work.
How is billing handled?
Monthly, in Australian dollars, excluding GST.
What does migration cost?
Guided self-serve import is included on every plan. A managed migration is quoted against the scope of your data and is separate from the subscription. Enterprise onboarding includes it.
