The platform

One system for the whole recruitment desk.

Candidates, clients, opportunities, communications, advertising and revenue in one workspace, with a boundary around it that no other agency can cross.

Today
The Today screen: what a client has answered, what is due now, what has no next step, and what a client has left unanswered too long, each one a record that opens.

The system map

Seven things, one boundary.

These are the objects the product is built from, and the line around them is the one that matters commercially.

  • Clients

Companies you work with, their contacts and the history of the relationship.

  • Opportunities

The roles you are working, with requirements structured rather than pasted.

  • Candidates

People, their experience, their preferences and their consent. Yours, not pooled.

  • Candidacies

One person against one role, moving through stages that carry their reasons.

  • Communications

Email, calls, meetings and notes attached to the relationship, not to an inbox.

  • Advertising

Your own job pages, the applications they bring in, and marketplace connectors.

  • Deal Desk

What is likely to close, what is at risk, and the evidence for both.

One workspace boundary Everything above sits inside your tenant. Nothing leaves it unless you publish it deliberately.

The daily loop

The sequence, not just the records.

The work of an agency is deciding what happens next. That is what this sequence is for.

  1. Capture the opportunity

A role arrives from a client conversation, an inbound enquiry or a brief. Its requirements are captured as structured fields: occupation, seniority, location, skills, work pattern, must-haves against nice-to-haves.

That structure is what makes the rest of the sequence possible.

  2. Search your own records

Deterministic filters over a controlled vocabulary, or a plain-English question that shows you the filters it produced before it runs. Results carry the evidence they matched on.

Source scope is explicit. Nothing outside what you allowed appears in a result.

  3. Shortlist and engage

Pools and saved searches hold the people you keep coming back to. Campaigns reach them with consent and preference controls already applied. Replies land on the record.

  4. Move the pipeline

Every candidacy has a stage, an owner and one next action. Movement records its reason, creates the follow-up and sets the reminder. A stalled candidacy is surfaced rather than buried.

  5. Place, forecast and follow through

The placement, the fee, the guarantee period and the aftercare. The Deal Desk weights what is likely to close against the evidence for it.

Opportunity Finder

Lawfully observed public market signals, kept strictly separate from your candidate records.

Opportunity Finder

Exchange

Split placements with verified Australian agencies, without either database being opened.

Search

Ask in your own words. Read the filters it produced.

Search
A search reading "payroll officer in Sydney, available within 4 weeks". Above the results, the filters it produced and the one word it could not use. Beside each person, the evidence for the match, when they were last spoken to, and how much of the question they answer.
Search in Recruited, running the question above it. The workspace is a demonstration one and every name in it is fictitious.

Pipeline

Every candidate moving, every next action visible.

Pipeline
A pipeline board with candidates in columns from sourced through to placed. Anyone who has sat in a stage longer than that stage should take carries the number of days in red.

Advertising

Compose once, publish with control.

Your own Recruited job pages, Google job search and connected marketplaces from one composer. Applications arrive as records with their source attached.

Advertising
The advertising panel for one role, listing where it is live: the agency's own job page at no cost, and each board with what it says and whether anything has been charged.

Deal Desk

See what may close, and what needs attention first.

Deal Desk
The Deal Desk: weighted forecast, committed fees, cash collected and money still inside a guarantee, kept as four separate figures. Below them, the weighted value by stage and the book of current placements.

Exchange

What stays private, and what you choose to publish.

Everything above is inside your workspace. Exchange is the one deliberate route out of it, and it is narrow on purpose: a masked signal, accepted terms, candidate consent, a purpose-limited room.

  • Never leaves

Your candidate records, your client relationships, your communications and your documents.

  • Leaves only when you publish it

A specific masked signal, for a specific collaboration, under terms you accepted.

  • Leaves only with consent

Anything identifying a person, and only after that person has approved that disclosure.

Switching

Migration is part of the product.

Import from your current system’s export files, or have us run it with you under confidentiality: staging, a mapping you approve, a dry run with an exception report, reconciliation totals, then cutover. The full export exists from day one.

Security

The boundary is the argument.

Workspace isolation enforced server-side in one place and tested; append-only audit history; two-factor authentication on every plan; scoped AI retrieval; and no use of your data to train models shared across customers.
