Recruitment software for Australian agencies
Run your whole agency from one workspace.
Candidates, clients, roles, communications, job advertising and fees in one place, with AI search that shows its reasoning. Built for Australian recruitment agencies, and private to yours.
- Private agency workspace
- Explainable AI
- Full export, any time
- Australian support
What you can count on.
-
Your workspace stays private
Your agency is a tenant boundary enforced on the server, in one place, and tested. There is no shared candidate pool.
-
Your data stays yours
Export the whole workspace in an open format at any time, on every plan, including the day you leave.
-
AI shows its reasoning
A question becomes filters you can see and edit. Every result carries its evidence. Every summary cites its source.
-
Built for Australia
Australian dollars, GST, ABN verification, the Australian Privacy Principles, and support in your business hours.
One platform
Everything the desk runs on.
Eight connected modules inside one private workspace. Nothing leaves it unless you publish it deliberately.
ATS & CRM
Candidates, clients, contacts, opportunities, candidacies, submissions and placements as linked records that keep their history.
ATS & CRMAI Search
Ask in plain English. See the filters it produced, edit them, and read why each result fits.
AI SearchPipeline
Stages that carry their reasons, an owner and a next action on every candidacy, and an alert when something stalls.
PipelineCommunications
Email, calendar, calls, meetings and notes on the relationship, with summaries that cite their source.
CommunicationsJob advertising
Compose once, publish to your own job pages and connected boards, and receive every application as a record.
Job advertisingDeal Desk
Fees, splits, invoicing, guarantee exposure and a weighted forecast, with the evidence behind each number.
Deal DeskOpportunity Finder
Public market signals about who is hiring and growing, kept separate from your candidate records.
Opportunity FinderExchange
Collaborate on split placements with verified Australian agencies without opening your database.
ExchangeThe operating loop
From an employer’s problem to money in the bank.
Most systems manage records. Recruited manages the sequence, which is the part that decides whether a role gets filled.
-
Capture the opportunity
The role arrives with its requirements structured, so it can be searched, matched and reported on later.
-
Search your own records
Deterministic filters, or a plain-English question that shows you the filters it produced before it runs.
-
Shortlist and engage
Pools, saved searches and campaigns with consent and preference controls already applied.
-
Move the pipeline
Stages that carry their reasons, an owner on every candidacy, one next action, and an alert when something stops moving.
-
Place, forecast and follow through
The placement, the fee, the guarantee period and the aftercare, with a forecast built from evidence.
Today
Know what needs your attention before the day gets away.
The overdue thing, the due thing, the candidacy that has stopped moving, the client who has gone quiet, and the guarantee period about to end.
-
Overdue first
A day that starts anywhere else loses them.
-
One next action
Every candidacy has an owner and a next step, or is flagged as having neither.
-
Numbers that lead somewhere
Each figure opens the records behind it.
AI Search
Ask for the person you need. See exactly why the results fit.
A recruiter’s question becomes filters you can read and change before anything runs. Results carry their evidence rather than a number nobody can argue with.
Pipeline
Move the process forward and keep the context with it.
When a candidacy moves, the reason moves with it, the next action is created, the reminder is set, and the conversation stays attached to the person.
-
Stage history
Who moved it, when, and the reason they gave. Available months later when the client asks.
-
Unified timeline
Email, calls, meetings and notes in one record, with summaries that cite their source message.
-
Nothing silently stalls
A candidacy with no movement and no next action is surfaced, not buried.
Recruited Exchange
Collaborate on hard-to-fill roles without opening your database.
Work a role with a verified Australian agency through masked signals, accepted terms, candidate consent and a purpose-limited room. There is no pooled database anywhere in it.
Agency A workspace
- Candidate records
- Client relationships
- Communications
- Notes and documents
Stays inside
What crosses
- Masked signalShape of the role or the experience. No name, no CV, no employer identity.
- Accepted termsA verified participant accepts the collaboration, the confidentiality step and the timer.
- Candidate approvalThe candidate approves this disclosure, to this party, for this purpose.
- Secure Candidate RoomPurpose-limited, audited, and closable. Withdrawal is available throughout.
Agency B workspace
- Their candidates
- Their clients
- Their communications
- Their documents
Stays inside
There is no pooled database in the middle. Nothing is published that you did not publish, and nothing identifying a person crosses without that person’s agreement.
-
No cross-customer database
There is nothing in the middle to browse. Publication is per collaboration, by you.
-
Nothing identifying at discovery
No name, no CV, no contact details, and no employer identity on a confidential role.
-
Consent before introduction
The candidate approves the specific disclosure, and can decline or withdraw it.
-
Conflict warning without exposure
A receiving agency is told they may already hold this person, without learning who else does.
Not an agency?
Employers and candidates have their own way in.
The plans on this page are for agencies. If you are hiring for your own business, or looking for a job, this is the part for you.
If you are hiring for your own business
Post one structured Brief and hear from verified agencies that work your market. Appoint the one to three you want and deal with them directly. A$99 plus GST per approved Brief, refunded if it is rejected before publication. No subscription.
How Briefs workIf you are looking for a job
A Career Passport is one profile you keep. The agency you work with sees it, nobody else browses it, and nothing that identifies you goes to another agency or an employer until you approve that introduction. Free, always.
How Career Passport works
Australian by design
Australia is the product boundary, not a locale setting.
Serving one market lets the product go deeper into it.
-
Places, properly
States, territories, cities, suburbs and postcodes, with distance that means something to a candidate deciding on a commute.
-
Money and time
Australian dollars, GST handled rather than bolted on, and business days that follow the local calendar.
-
How agencies here work
Local terminology, local commercial practice, and fee structures that match how the work is done.
-
Privacy and consent
Built to the Australian Privacy Principles from the first table, not retrofitted for a market entered later.
-
Verification
ABN and business verification as the basis of trust between participants.
-
Support and migration
People in Australian business hours who know what a JobAdder export looks like.
Advertising and applications
Compose once. Publish with control. Track every application.
Your own job pages, Google job search and connected marketplaces from one composer. Every application arrives as a record with its source attached, deduplicated, with the CV parsed.
Switching
Your history comes with you. Your data stays yours.
Migration is part of the product, not an implementation footnote.
-
Confidential discovery
What you hold, where it lives, and what your current system’s export produces.
-
Export from your system
Written instructions per source. No request for credentials.
-
Staging and mapping
Rows land in staging before anything is created. You approve the mapping.
-
Dry run and reconciliation
An exception report and totals side by side. Fix the mapping, run it again.
-
Cutover, with the exit export
You approve the numbers, then go live. The full export exists from day one.

Questions
What agency owners ask.
Who is Recruited for?
Australian recruitment agencies: permanent placement, executive search and specialist firms from a single desk to multi-office teams. The agency is who the product is built around and who the plans are priced for. An employer hiring direct posts a Brief and pays per Brief. A candidate gets a Career Passport, free.
Is Recruited only for Australia?
Yes. Australian dollars, GST, business days, states and postcodes, local agency terminology, ABN-based business verification, Australian privacy and consent assumptions, and Australian support. Serving one market is what lets the product go deep into it.
What is included?
Candidates, clients, contacts and opportunities as linked records; the candidacy pipeline with stage history and next actions; the Today dashboard; structured and AI search; the communications timeline; talent pools and campaigns; your own public job pages with application ingestion; Opportunity Finder; and the Deal Desk. Every plan includes the tools to run the desk properly. Pro adds scale and automation.
Can another agency, or Recruited, see my candidate database?
No. Your workspace is a tenant boundary enforced on the server, and there is no cross-customer candidate database. Exchange is a publication boundary: you decide what specific information leaves your workspace, for one collaboration, under terms you accepted. Nobody browses another agency’s records, because the data is never pooled.
Can I migrate from JobAdder, Bullhorn or another system?
Yes. Import from your current system’s export files yourself, or have us run the migration with you under confidentiality: export, secure staging, a mapping you approve, a dry run with an exception report, reconciliation totals, then cutover. We tell you what your export contains before you commit.
Can Recruited post to job boards?
Yes. Compose the ad once and publish it to your own Recruited job page, to Google job search and to the marketplaces connected to your workspace. Every application comes back as a record with its source attached. The integrations page lists each channel.
How is AI used and controlled?
AI turns a question into filters you can see and edit, explains why each result matched, and summarises a conversation with a citation to the message each sentence came from. It does not publish, contact anyone, infer protected characteristics or make a hiring decision. Retrieval is scoped to what your workspace can see, and your data is not used to train models shared across customers.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes. At any time, on every plan, in an open format, including on the way out. Portability is built and tested, not granted on request.
