Opportunity Finder
Turn public market signals into a better prospecting list.
Who is hiring, who is growing, where demand is moving: observed lawfully from public sources, kept apart from your candidate database, and never acted on automatically.
| Observation | Source | Seen | Confidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| Practice advertising two finance roles | Company careers page | 2 days ago | High |
| New office announced, Newstead | Company news page | 9 days ago | High |
| Bookkeeping team expanding | Company careers page | 3 weeks ago | Medium, inferred from role count |
Every row records where it was observed, when, and how confident that reading is. A prospect is a public observation about a business or a market, not a candidate record.
What changes
-
Prospecting with a reason
A call that opens with something specific and current, rather than a list bought from somebody.
-
Timing you would otherwise miss
Demand signals show up while they are still worth acting on.
-
A boundary you can defend
A public observation and a candidate record are different things here, and stay different.
Start to finish
From an observation to a conversation.
-
Something is observed
From a lawfully accessible public source, with the URL and the time it was seen recorded against it.
-
It becomes a Market Prospect
A record about a business or a market signal. It sits in its own space, with its own allowance, and it is not a candidate.
-
A person reads it
Nothing is contacted automatically. A recruiter decides whether the signal is real and whether there is a lawful basis to act on it.
-
It becomes an opportunity, or it does not
If it leads somewhere, it becomes a client conversation and an opportunity in the normal way, with the provenance attached.
-
It ages
Observations carry a date and go stale. A hiring signal from eight months ago is presented as what it is.
Controls
The limits are the design.
The boundary lives in the schema, not in a policy document.
-
No access-control circumvention
Nothing behind a login, a paywall or a members-only area. Not as a configurable option.
-
No fabricated details
An observation is recorded as observed. Nothing about a person is inferred and presented as fact.
-
No automated outreach
A public observation never becomes a message without a human decision and a lawful basis.
-
Not a candidate database
Prospects are stored separately, counted separately, and do not silently become candidate records.

Questions
Is this a LinkedIn scraper?
No. It does not access anything behind a login or an access control, and it is not tied to any one platform.
Is public information fair game?
Publicly available personal information is still personal information under Australian privacy law. Being able to see something is not the same as being entitled to collect it, store it and act on it, and the design assumes that.
Will it email prospects for me?
No. Outreach requires a human decision and a lawful basis.
Which plans include it?
Every plan includes a market prospect allowance. Pro and Enterprise include larger allowances and recurring scans.
