Accessibility statement

Reviewed 4 September 2026Target: WCAG 2.2 Level AA

This website is built to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This page says what that means here, what is in place, and what this statement does and does not cover.

What is in place on this website

  • Semantic landmarks and a heading order that matches the visual structure.
  • A skip link, and complete keyboard operation of every control including the navigation, the menus, the accordions and the form.
  • Visible focus on everything focusable, and focus that returns sensibly when a menu closes.
  • Navigation, menus and FAQs built on native elements, so they work before, and without, JavaScript.
  • No hover-only meaning, no carousel, and nothing that moves or updates on its own.
  • Reduced motion honoured: with it on, the one animation on the site is removed rather than shortened.
  • Form labels, hints, per-field errors and an error summary that takes focus and links to each field.
  • Status never carried by colour alone; every state has a word as well as a colour.
  • Every text and interface colour pairing checked against WCAG 2.2 AA contrast, with an automated test that fails the build if one regresses.
  • Tables that scroll inside their own container rather than making the page scroll sideways.
  • Meaningful alternative text on informative images, and empty alternative text on decorative ones.

Scope and limits

  • Testing. This statement is based on automated checking and our own keyboard and screen-reader passes, not on an independent audit. Keyboard operation, focus order, reflow at 320 CSS pixels, 200% zoom and reduced-motion behaviour are checked by hand, and the results and dates are available on request.
  • The application. This statement covers this website. Accessibility issues in the application go to the same address below and are handled the same way.
  • Product illustrations. The interface reconstructions on the marketing pages are built from real markup, tables as tables and lists as lists, so they read correctly. They are dense, and we keep improving how they read aloud.
